Daniel and his wife run two specialty coffee cafés in central Copenhagen under the name 20 Grams, and want to run the café and kitchen at Ward 20.
20 Grams began as a specialty coffee café on Rosengården in 2018 and later opened a second café at Kampmannsgade. At Ward 20, the café connects the offices, the gallery, the events and the park.
